FairyTouch Digital provides custom digital services for small businesses, including:

• Resume Services
• Digital Business Solutions
• AI-assisted website development and automation
• Branding, forms, and other custom digital solutions

Project details, pricing, and deliverables for each engagement are outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice.

FairyTouch Digital may use modern AI-powered design and development tools to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and speed up project delivery while maintaining professional quality.

• A deposit may be required before work begins on your project.
• Final payment is due before the completed project is delivered or published.
• Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid until the balance is settled.
• Prices are subject to change for future projects, but never after an agreed proposal has been accepted.

To keep your project on schedule, clients are responsible for providing:

• Logos
• Photos
• Written content
• Branding materials
• Social media links
• Product or service information
• Any required account logins if integrations are requested

Delays in receiving materials may delay project completion. FairyTouch Digital is not responsible for timeline changes caused by missing client information.

• Once the project has been paid in full, the client owns all custom content created specifically for their business.
• If the client wishes to have full ownership and control of the website platform, they may need their own website builder account or subscription depending on the platform used.
• If the client chooses not to maintain their own builder subscription, FairyTouch Digital may continue hosting and managing the website under an active maintenance plan.

Third-party software, fonts, plugins, templates, stock images, and subscriptions remain subject to their own licenses.

• Clients own their domain names.
• Hosting, builder subscriptions, and third-party services may require separate recurring fees paid either directly by the client or through FairyTouch Digital depending on the agreement.
• FairyTouch Digital is not responsible for third-party pricing changes.

Website maintenance is optional unless otherwise agreed in your proposal. When active, maintenance may include:

• Security monitoring
• Software updates
• Content edits
• Technical support
• Platform maintenance
• Performance monitoring

A monthly maintenance fee may apply based on the plan selected. Maintenance does not include unlimited edits, redesigns, or new feature development; those may be quoted separately.

• Projects include a limited number of revisions during development, as outlined in your proposal.
• Additional revisions or major redesign requests after approval may incur additional charges.

• Typical projects are completed within approximately 2–7 business days after receiving all required content.
• Delays caused by missing client information are not included in turnaround estimates.

Clients agree to communicate promptly throughout the project to keep things moving smoothly.

If a project becomes inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of client communication, FairyTouch Digital reserves the right to archive or close the project.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Completed digital services are non-refundable because they are custom-made.
• Exceptions may be made solely at FairyTouch Digital's discretion.

• FairyTouch Digital retains ownership of design processes, templates, workflows, and proprietary methods.
• Clients receive ownership of their final approved business content after full payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FairyTouch Digital may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media. Confidential business information will never be shared.

Websites may integrate with services such as:

• PayPal
• Stripe
• Calendly
• Google
• Meta
• Square
• Email marketing platforms
• Booking systems

These integrations are subject to each provider's own terms and availability. FairyTouch Digital is not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FairyTouch Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

FairyTouch Digital is not responsible for lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages.

Client information is only used to complete requested services and is never sold. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.

FairyTouch Digital reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version published on this website will govern future services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments remain unpaid, fraudulent activity is suspected, a client violates these Terms, or threatening or inappropriate behavior occurs.
